Refund Policy.
Provided cancellation is made prior to 75 days before arrival date,
(90 days for Christmas and Easter), the deposit will be refunded in
full, less a 2% handling fee plus any applicable bank charges. For
cancellations made within 75 (90) days prior to arrival, we will
make a "best-effort" attempt to re-book for the original dates. If
we are successful, the deposit will be refunded in full, less any
applicable bank charges. If we are unable to re-rent for the
originally-reserved dates, the deposit is forfeited.
